The New Mexico State University Office of Experiential Learning will host the 38th annual Career Expo Fair and Engineering, Science and Technology Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 20-21. NMSU students, alumni and community members are invited to attend the in-person fair held at Corbett Center Student Union, third floor ballrooms.
Career Expo is the largest fall fair kicking off the employer recruitment season. Career Expo is a recognized NMSU tradition as one of the premier career fairs NMSU offers. With more than 130 employers in attendance, students will have the opportunity to engage with employers from across the United States seeking to recruit graduates for full-time employment as well as recruit for their co-op/internship opportunities. Employers are eager to meet with NMSU students in person as the fair has been held virtually for the past two years.
“We are beyond excited to see so many employer partners back on campus, in person. The pandemic led to a pause in our in-person events, but we are ready to welcome everyone back to network and engage with NMSU students,” said Patricia Leyba, NMSU Office of Experiential Learning director. “We have made great efforts to ensure this fair is inclusive of all majors across all our wonderful colleges and disciplines.”
The fair is open to all majors on both days of the event; however, the Engineering, Science and Technology Fair Sept. 21 is STEM-focused, which will highlight majors in computer science, engineering, life/physical sciences, mathematics and technology.
